Special guests and speakers: Tim Avila (USA). Tim is a leading authority in the nutrition industry and holds 20 years of experience in discovery, validation and branding of bioactive ingredients and consumer packaged nutrition products. He is the President of Systems Bioscience, Inc., a company specializing in providing Global Fortune 500 companies with business and product development knowledge regarding dietary supplements, natural and organic foods and consumer products and services. Tim’s client list includes Cargill, Nestle, Proctor & Gamble, Coca Cola AND aXichem.

Edward van den Elsen (Netherlands). Edward has a Bachelor of Science, with a focus on animal feed, from the University of Wageningen. He has held several positions in the feed industry for over 30 years, and has extensive experience in nutrition, production technology and research. Edward is the co-founder of SolFeed, a Dutch feed services company, working with advanced development projects in feed and breeding. Edward joined aXichem’s board in 2022 and brings valuable knowledge from the feed business to the team.
