aXichem AB (publ), a developer of natural analogue industrial compounds, has signed a marketing and distribution agreement with the Caldic Denmark, a full-service innovative solution provider for the Food, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical and Industrial markets in the Nordics. Under the agreement Caldic Denmark will have the exclusive right to market and sell aXichem’s unique synthetic capsaicin product, aXivite, in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. aXivite is proven in clinical studies to have a positive effect on gut health as well as metabolism, and its thermogenic effect supports an improved body composition. aXivite has an excellent safety profile which makes it attractive to both producers and consumers.

The total market for nutrition products in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden reached almost 800 million Euro in 2020 according to Euromonitor.
